Pre-Festival Checklist

Festival Day Run of Show

Setup may start as early as noon.

Setup will end promptly at 2 pm (no exceptions)

Any setup items arriving after 2 pm must be carried in from the parking lot.

Please make sure all tables have tablecloths.
This is a ticketed event. Please don’t allow anyone to purchase from you without a wristband. Wristbands are available onsite. Please direct anyone without a wristband to a member of our team to purchase one.
