Johnny Lee Clarkson III is the founder of Pray Eat Train Repeat, the wellness arm of Employed By Nobody Worldwide. He builds profit-driven fitness camps, marketing strategies, and sales systems that blend wellness with business growth. Based in Atlanta, Johnny draws on 40+ years of life experience and 20+ years across industries as a fitness coach, branding consultant, writer, and community advocate. His unconventional, results-focused approach has made him a sought-after strategist for personal and organizational transformation. Johnny has led regional, national, and global wellness initiatives, including work with the Diabetes Association of Atlanta, directing Dr. Ian Smith’s 50 Million Pound Challenge — Mega Church Edition, and launching Donna Richardson’s Beachbody faith-based pilot, Body Gospel. A U.S. Army veteran, he served as a Future Soldiers Liaison mentoring recruits through transition and career entry. An editorial contributor to Urban Lux, Young Black Entrepreneur, The Examiner, Teen Diaries Online, and Pretty Girls Sweat, Johnny is also the author of the 2011 self-help pamphlet Think Fit.
