CURRY SOUP BOWL WITH NAAN



Directions:


  • Add olive oil, cloves, curry powder turmeric, cayenne powder and minced garlic to a pot and brown seasonings.

  • Add chicken broth and coconut milk and bring to boil.

  • Once the broth thickens add butter beans, while garlic, carrots and chopped potatoes.

  • Turn heat to low and allow to simmer for 45 min - 1 hour.

  • Remove soup from pan and brown naan bread in the same pan.

  • Add rice to bowl then add spoup on top.

  • Add naan to the bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro.
