Break your fast with this delicious protein flavor bomb!
Ingredient's:
2 fried eggs
1/2 can of red beans
1 turkey sausage link
Medium salsa
1 lime
Fresh cilantro
Fresh parsley
Rock salt
Chili lime black pepper
Paprika
Ginger
Salted butter
Old bay
Steps:
Heat skillet and add olive oil.
Add salted butter and allow to melt cut heat down to medium.
Add 2 eggs to the skillet.
Take the skillet off the heat and let rest.
Break open the yokes and allow to keep cooking.
Add seasonings and return to the heat.
Flip eggs over once.
Add more seasoning to this side.
Remove from skillet.
Add salted butter back to the skillet and add red beans and sliced sausage.
Saute until you see crisp brown edges.
Remove fromm heat and add to plate.
Squeeze fresh lime over the meal.
Add fresh cilantro and parsley.
Add fresh salsa and enjoy!
