ADD 1 TSP OF EACH: SEA SALT, FRESH BLACK PEPPER, CARDAMON, GARLIC, CURRY POWDER, BASIL, THYME, RED PEPPER FLAKES, FENNEL.
SPRAY MUFFIN PAN WITH NON STICK SPRAY
POUR EGG IN EVENLY IN ALL 6 SLOTS
BLEND 1/2 CAN OF PINK SALMON WITH MINCED GARLIC AND ADD EVENLY IN CENTER OF EACH SLOT.
ADD THINLY SLICED PURPLE ONION ON TOP.
ADD CHIA SEEDS AS DESIRED.
PLACE IN OVER FOR 8-12MIN DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
